By car
From the city head straight north along Sherborne Street.
Continue onto Cranford Street. Turn right at Innes Road (signs for
Mairehau/Burwood). After about 1 km turn left into Mahars Road, there
is a BP station at the corner. Take the 2nd right onto Kellys Road and
again the 2nd left into Greenfield Place.
From the direction of the airport follow either Sawyers Arms
Road or Harewood and Greers Road onto Northcote Road and continue east
along Queen Elizabeth Drive. Turn right at Philpotts Road. At the
roundabout take the first exit onto Kellys Road. Turn left at
Greenfield Place.
You can also take Memorial Avenue all the way to Fendalton and then
turn left into Glandovey Road, following it as it turns into Heaton
Street and Innes Road till you reach the turnoff at Mahars Road. Take
the 2nd right onto Kellys Road and again the 2nd left into Greenfield
Place.
From the north if you come into town following the Christchurch
Northern Motorway, continue on along Main North Road. Turn left onto
Queen Elisabeth Drive (St Bedes College is at the corner). After
about 1.7 km turn right at Philpotts Road. At the roundabout take the
first exit onto Kellys Road. Turn left at Greenfield Place.
If you come from the east you can also take Queen Elizabeth Drive, but
turn off at Innes Road and continue via Mahars Road.
Parking is easy and plentiful. You can park on the street, or there's
a small parking area at the end of the street.
By bus
From the city take number 44 to Shirley. There is a bus stop on Innes
Road opposite Manuka St. Walk through Walter park onto Kellys Road.
The second bus option is to take the Orbiter. The closest stop is
on Innes Rd between Manuka St and Hills Rd for both directions.
